I'm Jess Kelly, the creator of Tamworth based flower market, Posies.
Hello there! I'm a passionate teacher turned flower shop owner. Amidst lesson plans and the joys of motherhood with my three beautiful boys, I discovered another love that evolved into something truly special - flowers.
In 2020, I decided to cultivate my own flower patch at home, and what started as a personal project soon turned into a little side hustle. From selling at local markets to connecting with customers through Instagram DMs, the journey took a leap forward when my blooms found their way into local Gunnedah businesses.
The turning point came in October 2023 when I embraced change and opened a shopfront in Tamworth, NSW.
What began as a humble idea of sharing locally grown flowers has evolved into a haven for all things beautiful.
